Shipping

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Be on the lookout for your order 5-7 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

What are the shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on orders over $40 (pre-tax). For all other orders, a flat shipping rate fee of $7.95 will be applied at checkout. Orders are shipped via UPS.

Do you offer international shipping?

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How can I track my order?

When your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please check your email inbox, spam, and/or promotions folder. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation in 1-2 business days after placing your order, please reach out to our Cake Merch™ customer support team. Please note that we are unable to ship outside of the United States.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ShopPay.

Refunds, Returns + Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my items?

To start the returns process, simply enter the Cake Merch™ Returns Center and enter your order number or email to begin processing your return. Items are eligible for return if they are returned within 30 days of receipt in "as new" condition; apparel items must be unworn, unlaundered, and unaltered. All returns must be shipped from within the US - we are unable to accept international returns at this time. Please note a flat fee of $7.95 for return shipping will be deducted from your return refund.

We are unable to process direct exchanges at this time - to exchange an item, process a return and then purchase your desired item through the Cake Merch™ store at your convenience or once your return has been processed. My order arrived damaged. How can I receive a refund or replacement?

An item from my order is missing/incorrect. How can I get my correct order?

How can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to change your order. We are able to process cancellations on orders if they have not been processed for shipping. Please reach out to our customer support team at cakemerch@harperandscott.com for assistance.

Miscellaneous

Can I leave a gift message on my order? Can I add a gift receipt?

You may leave an optional gift message on your order in the gift message field in your Shopping Bag. The packing slip that comes with the order may be used as a gift receipt and does not include any pricing information.

Will my Cake Merch™ order appear in my Cheesecake Rewards® account?

Cake Merch™ orders and fulfilment are handled directly by our third party vendor partner, Harper + Scott. As such Cake Merch order history and order tracking will not be listed in your Cheesecake Rewards® account.
