Shipping Policy

General Shipping

  • We ship to addresses in the United States, including Puerto Rico. 
  • Orders ship out Monday through Friday.  (Please allow extra time for order processing)
  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.  Be on the lookout for your order 5-7 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email. 
  • Some items in your order may ship separately.  (You will not be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.)
  • When your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.  Please check your email inbox, spam and/or promotions folder.  If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 1-2 business days after placing your order, please reach out to our Cake Merch™ customer support team at cakemerch@harperandscott.com.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Multiple Orders

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and will ship separately. 

Shipping to Multiple Locations

We’re sorry, we cannot split an order and ship it to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to more than one location, please place a separate order for each shipping address. 

Address Changes

We are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order. 

Customer Service Hours

Our dedicated customer service team is available Monday through Friday 10am – 6pm ET.  If you send an email over the weekend, our customer service team will contact you the next business day. 

Returns

If you want to return an item for any reason including the size, color or simply because you changed your mind, please follow the below return process instructions.

Products are eligible for return if they are:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Not worn, not laundered, not altered or otherwise used
  • In a clean/unsoiled "as new" condition with original tags, labels and/or packaging
  • Packed and shipped back to us in a manner that prevents damage to the item in the return shipment
  • Not discontinued or items marked as “final sale”
  • Shipping from an address in the US, including Puerto Rico 

Please note that once your returned items have been received, you will be refunded the cost of the items returned less a $7.95 return fee.

Return Process Instructions:

  • Go to the Cake Merch™ Returns Center and enter your email to start the return process.
  • Select the eligible item(s) and reason you want to return them to generate an estimated refund.
  • Confirm Return and Refund to access and print a shipping label.
  • Follow the instructions for proper shipping of return item(s).
  • Once we receive your eligible item(s), a credit will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase. Please note a flat fee of $7.95 for return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (based on the product(s) being eligible for return), minus the $7.95 return shipping cost.  If your return refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve already done this and you still have not received your refund within 3-7 business days after your refund confirmation email, please contact us at cakemerch@harperandscott.com.

Exchanges

We are not able to offer direct exchanges. If you prefer a different size or color of an item you ordered, please place a new order when your return is processed.

Damages/Missing Items

In the unlikely chance that your order was damaged during shipment, please do not use, wear or launder the items until a claim can be submitted.

If the packaging appears opened or damaged upon receiving your order, please notify our customer service team immediately by reaching out to cakemerch@harperandscott.com. Before reaching out, please:

  • Check the contents of your package and compare it to your confirmation email to verify that you received what was ordered.
  • Retain all packaging materials if items are damaged or missing.
  • Take pictures of the damaged items/box with missing items along with any damaged packaging to provide to our customer service team.
